Convenient location - we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. the double room's bathroom was spotless 💫. the staff was really friendly and welcoming.

Excellent customer service from friendly staff. Delicious food and generous portions at the on-site restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms in the newly built section. Amazing view of the mountain and castle from the balcony. Convenient parking and complimentary bus pass provided.

As someone who loves being in direct touch with nature, I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was in close proximity to hiking and biking trails, and even had a mountain lift right in front of it. the surrounding area is also home to several nice restaurants and attractions like the Neu Schwanstein castle. Perfect for exploring the outdoors!

The on-site restaurant was convenient and served delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner.
